Digital Renaissance (“we,” “us”) is a web design studio based in Gloucester Point, Virginia. This policy explains what information we collect through digrendesigns.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately simple because we collect very little.

What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through our contact form:

• Your name and (optionally) your business name
• Your email address and (optionally) phone number
• The services you're interested in, your budget range, and timeline
• Your current website, if you share it, and anything you write in the project description

We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site so we can improve it. It is loaded with Google Consent Mode configured to allow only privacy-preserving analytics storage. We do not use advertising trackers or social pixels, we don't sell your data, and we don't build cross-site advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to read and respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to communicate about your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

How your inquiry is handled

When you submit the form, your message is emailed to us and may pass through the following service providers, each acting on our behalf:

• Web hosting — our hosting provider stores and serves the site and processes the form submission on the server.
• Cloudflare — provides security and content delivery; it may set a strictly-necessary cookie and process technical request data (such as IP address) to protect the site from abuse.
• Microsoft 365 — delivers and stores the inquiry email in our mailbox.
• Google Analytics — provides aggregate, privacy-preserving usage statistics; it may set analytics cookies. We use Google Consent Mode and do not enable advertising features.
• Microsoft Bookings — if you book a call, our scheduling page (embedded from Microsoft Outlook) processes the details you enter to schedule the meeting.

Cookies

We don't set our own advertising cookies. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies to measure aggregate usage, and Cloudflare may set a strictly-necessary security cookie. Neither is used for cross-site advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
